Cancellation and grace period

Managed access stays active while the subscription is current.

If the subscription is cancelled, the MVP policy includes a 30-day grace period before the managed site goes offline unless the account is reactivated.

Cancellation, refund, billing dispute, and legal/agreement questions are routed to operator review instead of automated support.
